Incident Summary:	Allegation that a parent was sent off and refused to leave resulting in the game being terminated. The parent then threatened the referee and the match was terminated.
Comments:	The PAD Committee appreciates Cap FC taking action against the parent, meeting with the team and coach and requiring attendance at a PCA course. The coach of the team Fausto Lopez is suspended 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators. Had Cap FC not acted, the suspension would have been for additional games.
