Incident Summary:
The CR allowed an unpassed adult to remain in the technical area. The unpassed adult caused problems throughout the game before eventually being sent off.
Comments:
The coach of the Stockton Storm team, Manuel Leyva, is suspended 2 games for allowing a parent in the technical area, and then failing to control the parent. If an unpassed adult is allowed in the technical area by Coach Leyva again, further discipline will be handed down regardless of the behavior of that unpassed adult.
The referee is reminded to no allow unpassed adults in the technical area during the match.
