Allegation that coach did not leave after being sent off and coached the game from behind the goal. Allegation that PAC San Jose did not have a carded staff member to coach the team once the PAC San Jose coach was sent off.

Comments:

The referee should have terminated this match when the coach was sent off since PAC San Jose did not have another carded adult present. As a result this match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor or MVLA.
