Incident Summary:	Complaint about the quality of the officiating in the match. Allegation that the center referee was a coach of the home team. Allegation that the AR was unlicensed.
Comments:	PAD does not review the quality of the officiating. The only punishment for using a coach or relative is the forfeit or replaying of the match, but because the complaining club was victorious here, the result is not changed. Atlas Academy is reminded that a coach of a team or relative of a player may not officiate games their team or relative is playing in. The PAD Committee is investigating the allegation that the AR was unlicensed.
