Incident Summary:
Allegation that a suspended De Anza player played against Peninsula after filing a Suspension Verification Form for the player with a team that the player did not receive the red card with.
Comments:
Suspensions must be served with the team the player was playing with when the player was sent off. In this situation Force submitted a Suspension Verification Form for the player with a different team. As a result, the player should not have been cleared for the game against Peninsula. The match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Peninsula. Marc Baker, the coach of the DeAnza team is suspended 2 games for playing a player who had not been properly cleared.
