Incident Summary:	Allegation that an IR Academy coach held a private session with several players then registered with FC Sporting. Those players have now moved to IR Academy and are playing at IR Academy for the same coach.
Comments:	Under NorCal's rules, if a player attends a private training with a coach, that player may not change clubs and play for the coach that held the private session for a period of 1 year from the date that the final private training session is held with that coach. In this case, there is no evidence that a private session was held with this coach within 1 year from the time the players moved to the club where the coach who held the private session coaches. Without this evidence, the PAD Committee cannot find a violation and no action is taken.
