1) Head Coach Jose Rivas has been suspended for 1 year for threatening a NorCal referee at a match

2) Assitant Coach Oscar Garcia suspended for 6 games for inappropriate conduct

3) Newark SC is placed on probation for 1 year for continued aggression of coaches and parents toward referees. There probation will be lifted June 7, 2013.
