Allegation that only 2 referees appeared to officiate a U16NPL match.

Comments:

On appeal, pursuant to new NorCal policy regarding rescheduling games with fewer than 3 referees, the original result stands and no replay is required. This decision was reached because it was determined that having fewer than 3 referees did not influence the outcome of the match. Earthquakes are reminded that all players need shirts with numbers.
