Incident Summary:Allegation that a former coach at FC Elk Grove is now the manager of team at Elk Grove United and that 6 players she coached at FC Elk Grove are now playing for the team this individual is managing at Elk Grove United.
Comments:The purpose of the NorCal rule is to prevent Adult Members who have contact information from moving from 1 club to another. This targeted at individuals who because of their position at 1 club have contact information otherwise unavailable to the general public. In this case, the PAD Committee rules that because Paula Davis was a coach for 1 club and moved to another, Paula Davis may not play any role (manager, coach, assistant coach, trainer) with any team that has players she coached at FC Elk Grove for 1 year from the date Ms. Davis departed FC Elk Grove.
