Incident Summary:Referee sent off an MVLA spectator during the match. MVLA coach refused to be helpful. After the game the MVLA manager and parent approached the referee seeking certain information. After the game, the the manager of the MVLA team photographed the referee's car with contact information.
Comments:The coach of the MVLA team, Adriano Toni is suspended 1 game for failing to control his spectators, 1 game for failing to assist the referee in controlling his spectators.
The MVLA team manager Arthur Chang is suspended 1 game for photographing the referee's car. Referee information is obtainable from the assignor and referees and their property should not be photographed.
The parents and coaches of the MVLA team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Written evidence of attendance at the course must be submitted to amittler@norcalpremier.com no later than October 21, 2017.
