Incident Summary:	Allegation that Dixon Leon used an ineligible player in a State Cup game.
Comments:	The PAD Committee appreciates Dixon taking action here and self-reporting this violation. No action is taken against Dixon at this point due to Dixon's response to this incident. Given the seriousness of the actions taken by the coaches, Rigo Guerra is suspended from all NorCal activities through February 24, 2018. Rudy Balthazar is suspended from all NorCal activities through August 24, 2017. During that time, neither Mr. Guerra not Mr. Blathazar can coach at any practice, game or other event.
