Comments:PAD Ruling:

1) Coach Lorenzo Arteaga is suspended for 6 games for inappropriate conduct.

2) Since Newark SC club is already on probation and has not attended any Region 3/4 RAC meetings it is the recommendation of the NorCal PAD that Newark is suspended from registering for any NorCal Events for the next 6 months. In order to register for future NorCal events the club can reapply on October 25, 2013. NorCal PAD will follow up with a letter within the next 48 hours.
