Allegation of persistent verbal harassment directed towards the referee crew and a post-game threat from a parent to the referee crew.
Comments:
All of the parents and coaches of the Heritage team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Evidence of attendance must b provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com by January 1, 2017. The coach of the Heritage team, Dorin Tiutin is suspended 2 matches. Andy Mittler and Mani Salimpour recused themselves and did not participate in the discussion of this incident or the decision as both work for San Ramon FC.
