Richmond has until November 22 to provide a copy of the staff pass for Refugio Munoz and the game card to amittler@norcalpremier.com.
If Richmond fails to provide the requested items, this game is a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Bulldogs and Refugio Munoz is suspended for 4 matches for using an illegal player.
