Allegation that 3 referees did not appear for the match. An individual that claimed to be the referee appeared and the game proceeded.

Comments:

Many things were don incorrectly here. Tandem referee systems are never allowed. The game should have been played with the uniformed referee as Center Referee and 2 club linesmen calling only out of bounds. This is not a PAD issue, please address this with the Event Coordinator.
