Comments:Upon investigation, no valid player pass for Samuel Azizian exists. As a result, this game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Turlock FC. The coach of the Milan team, Pedro Arechiga is suspended 1 year for knowingly using an illegal player.
Milan is placed on probation for 1 year for having a number of PAD violations this calendar year and the PAD Committee will be notifying the NorCal Board of Directors of Milan's frequent violations of NorCal rules.
