Incident Summary:A player was injured by a bad tackle. The allegation is that the match was poorly refereed.
Comments:After investigation, the PAD Committee has determined that HYSL does not have a certified Referee Assignor. The Center Referee and one of the AR are not, and were not licensed referee.
For using unlicensed referees in the match, the match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Bulldogs.
For not having a certified Referee Assignor and for using unlicensed referees, and for failing to provide information requested by a PAD Committee member, the PAD Committee recommends to the Board of Directors that HYSL be expelled from NorCal Premier Soccer League.
