Incident Summary:Allegation of abuse and threats from a spectator from Deportivo Barcelona towards the referee crew.
Comments:All of the parents and coaches from the Deportivo Barcelona are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Evidence of attendance of the course must be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com.
Deportivo Barcelona is placed on probation until June 30, 2017 for the extreme misbehavior of the spectator.
The coach of the Deportivo team, Daniel Barreto is suspended for 3 games for failing to control his team's parents.
Because Deportivo's behavior caused the termination of this match, the match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Walnut Creek.
This matter is referred to the NorCal Board if Directors to determine if this team will be allowed to continue competing in NorCal events.
