The referee cleared the stands after persistent negative comments from the parents.
Comments:
All of the parents and coaches from both teams are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Written evidence of attendance must be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com by November 13, 2016.
The coaches from both teams,Sean McManus for NorthBay and Derek Evans for San Juan are each suspended for 1 game for failing to control their parents.
