The suspension of Juan Rosales is upheld. The parents from UCPremier are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course, at their cost, and provide written evidence of attendance to amittler@norcalpremier.com by May 13, 2017. The PAD Committee recommends that EBU work to upgrade their referee program, referee training and referee recruitment to avoid repetition of these events.
