Incident Summary:A confrontation occurred between Kings County spectators and a match official. It is alleged that Kings County does not have a current year certified Referee Assignor.
Comments:1. Each NorCal club is to have its Certified Referee Assignor listed on the NorCal website. Kings County did not have their Certified Referee Assignor listed on the NorCal website. John Mendes has not paid his fees to be a Certified Referee Assignor for 2018.
2. A physical confrontation occurred between Kings County spectators and the match official (who was also the Kings County Referee Assignor and was then a Kings County board member).
This Kings County team is expelled from all NorCal events for 2018-2019. NorCal Staff will monitor player registrations for Kings County for 2018-2019 and if Kings County attempts to circumvent this ruling by reconstituting the team under another name, the matter will be referred to the Board of NorCal to review Kings County's continued membership in NorCal.
The coach of the Kings County team is suspended from all NorCal events for the remainder of 2018 for failing to control his team's spectators.
Kings County has until June 30, 2018
