| Comments: | The player was shown a red card. The Red Card Report was late and the player played anyway despite NorCal rules stating that the layer is not to play in a game until his suspension is served. Because an illegal player was used, this game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of the team from Placer. The coach of the Milan team Javier Espindola is suspended from all NorCal events until February 20, 2017 for knowingly playing an illegal player; provided however, that the suspension will be held in suspension beginning June 1, 2016 and Coach Espindola may resume coaching on June 1, 2016. If, however, Coach Espindola is sent off or found guilty of a PAD violation between March 10, 2016 and February 20, 2017, the suspension from June 1, 2016 through February 20, 2017 must be served. The player, Kevin Mendiola must serve the original 2 game suspension (and signed Suspension VErification Forms evidencing the player sat out 2 games must be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com. |
