Comments:Using unlicensed match officials is unacceptable. VALLEJO UNITED SC is fined $300 ($150 for per unlicensed official) for using unlicensed match officials. The match is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of MONTCLAIR SC for VALLEJO UNITED SC's use of unlicensed referees.
