Incident Summary:	Request that the match be terminated because 3 Ceres coaches were sent off before another individual with a pass came forward to finish the game.
Comments:	Per NorCal rules, a team may only have 3 carded adults in the Technical Area at any one time. However, the rules do not limit individuals from leaving the Technical Area and being replaced by another individual with a card. In addition, per NorCal rules, any carded adult may coach a team whether they are listed on the game card or not. Therefore, the result stands. However, the PAD Committee finds the behavior of Ceres to be unacceptable and has referred Ceres to NorCal Club Services given the number of incidents involving this club in recent weeks.
