Incident Summary:
After a penalty kick was given during overtime, the parents and coaches of Cap FC verbally abused the referee crew.
Comments:
Parents should never engage referees in this manner. Cussing and swearing at referees is never acceptable. Coaches are responsible for controlling their team's spectators. The head coach of the Cap FC team is suspended for 2 games. The parents and coaches of the Cap FC team are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their cost. Written evidence of attendance must be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com no later than March 15, 2018.
