Incident Summary:Allegation that Shawn Rothrock resigned from North Coast and joined Atletico Santa Rosa. North Coast alleges that Mr. Rothrock is recruiting players from North Coast to move to Atletico. It is also alleged that Atletico it is attempting to acquire fields in Windsor.
Comments:Per NorCal rules, Mr. Rothrock may not coach, assistant coach or train any player that he coached (in any capacity) or trained at North Coast until January 26, 2017.
PAD does not have jurisdiction over field issues or permitting. All fields issues are referred to the RAC for the region or the Board of Directors of NorCal for resolution.
