Incident Summary:Protest that a player was not included on a game roster and allowed to play.
Comments:PAD was able to verify this player was registered with San Juan and should have been rostered. Players should not be allowed to play if they do not appear on the paper roster or an electronic roster. Referees should not ask the coaches to discuss whether a player is eligible. Either the player is on the roster or not. if the player is not on the roster, the player should not be allowed to play the game.
