Allegation that the referee terminated the match when the CVFA coach was sent off and no other CVFA adult with a pass was present and so the game should not have been terminated. Further allegation that the COSC spectators were unruly and threatening.

The determination of the result of this match is referred to the Event Coordinator. The PAD Committee orders that a neutral observer from NorCal be assigned with the cost to be split between the teams.
