Comments:Both clubs need to keep their parents under control. All of the parents and coaches from both teams are required to attend a Positive Coaching Alliance course at their expense. Written evidence of attendance at the course needs to be provided to amittler@norcalpremier.com by November 24, 2016. For the next match between the 2 teams, an observer from Norcal will attend the match. The cost of the observer will be borne by both clubs equally.
