We find Elk Grove United in violation of Ethics rule #7 if Ralph Cazel coaches in a U12 girls age group match this season. He had a relationship as a trainer with the girls U11 team at Inter Rage. We would allow Ralph Cazel to coach in the U12g age group at Elk Grove United with approval from Inter Rage. Ralph would be eligible to coach in a different age group at Elk Grove United. This team will be unable to participate in NorCal Premier Soccer events with Ralph Cazel as coach.
