Incident Summary:	An SMC player trained with Juventus without written permission from SMC. The player then requested her release and moved to SMC.
Comments:	For a player to train with a team while registered with another club, the player needs written permission from her current club's DOC. DOC's are not required to give permission to the player to train with another club, or even to respond to the request. In this situation, written permission from the player's current club DOC was not obtained. As a result, allowing this player to train with Juventus is a violation of the NorCal Code of Ethics. Jorge Salazer is suspended from coaching the Juventues U15G for 2 weeks.
