Incident Summary:A 15 year old referee refereed a U17B league match by himself. The match was won by the visiting team.
Comments:The result of the match stands. It is unacceptable for Union City to fail to staff games with sufficiently experienced and aged match officials. The PAD Committee receommends that the Executive Committee place Union City Premier on probation for failing to have a current year certified Referee Assignor until the middle of the Spring.
