Incident Summary:

Allegation that Milan FC played a player who had not served a suspension for a red card.

Comments:

As in Incident 1889, Milan FC used an illegal player by playing a player who had been red carded prior to that player serving his suspension. This game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Sacramento United. The suspension for the coach, Javier Espindola set forth in Incident 1889 is repeated here and Kevin Mendiola must still serve his 2 game suspension.
