Comments:
The PAD Committee has determined that this match should be replayed from the beginning. The Committee determined that the match should be replayed because the facts indicate the Atletico Santa Rosa may have had an adult with a pass who could have served as the coach for the remainder of the match. Neither of the sent-off coaches may participate in the replayed match. None of the 3 officials who officiated the original match may officiate the replay.
The PAD Committee was asked by the Norcal Board of Directors to review this decision. The PAD Committee has reviewed its decision and affirms its decision that this game be replayed in its entirety. The reported score of 1-0 is nullified. The clubs are to notify Moe Shafai of the time, date and location of the replay so that Mr. Shafai can assign neutral referees to the match.
