Incident Summary:Coach was sent off. No red card report was filed by the referee. Numerous attempts have been made to contact Cap FC regarding Cap FC not having a certified Referee Assignor.
Comments:Frank Ramirez is suspended 2 games for being sent off. Coaches of 1 team should never verbally engage with opposing players before, during or after a match. Cap FC is given until noon on February 19, 2016 to provide the name of their Certified Referee Assignor to mshafai@norcalpremier.com. Cap FC is given until noon on February 19, 2016 to provide a send off report to mshafai@norcalpremier.com. Failure to comply with both of those orders will result in further discipline.
Cap FC failed to respond to the PAD Committee as directed. As a result, Cap FC is placed on probation for 6 months to end on August 25, 2016. The PAD Committee is recommending to the Norcal Board of Directors that Cap FC lose the right to host home games until a Certified Referee Assignor is appointed.
