Incident Summary:The coach of Saratoga Spurs 10G Blue sent out an email outside of the tryout window soliciting players to attend training sessions to tryout for the Spurs team.
Comments:This is a clear violation of NorCal's recruiting rules. Coaches cannot recruit players outside of the tryout window to come and train with their team. Coach Andrew McRobbie is suspended from coaching this team in all NorCal competitions until September 30, 2018.
