Incident Summary:Allegation that the referee assignor for Dixon is not certified and that AR1 is not currently licensed.
Comments:Dixon will work to get its referee assignor certified and the the referee licensed. Dixon must have a Certified Referee Assignor in place as soon as possible. Dixon has been told not to use unlicensed referees in any further games. If Dixon again uses unlicensed referees they will forfeit the matches.
