Incident Summary:	Allegation that the coaches name was marked off on the game card as suspended. The coach was allowed to coach the first half of the game but not the second.
Comments:	No action is taken. The coach was not suspended by the PAD Committee and should have been able to coach. The PAD Committee recommends that all teams check game cards at least the night before to avoid these problems.
