Allegation that a Richmond team is training at a field in Berkeley.
Comments:
This matter was referred to the Executive Committee of the Board of NorCal for a determination and returned to the PAD Committee along with the Richmond Rayados Affiliation Letter. The Affiliation Letter for Richmond Rayados does not permit that club's teams to use Tom Bates Field even if permitted to do so by a club allowed to use that field. Richmond Rayados must stop using Tom Bates Field immediately.
