Incident Summary:	Allegation that a Salinas adult coach approached a minor AR and asked for her phone number multiple times.
Comments:	While we appreciate Salinas' response to this Incident Report, it missed the point of the report entirely. It is never appropriate for any coach to ask any match official for their phone number. The PAD Committee will be filing a SafeSport report on this matter against the Salinas Assistant Coach. Both Salinas coaches approached the referee crew after the match seeking explanations of the calls made by the referee during the match. This is a violation of Handbook Rule 5.4. The Salinas coaches, Jordy Romero and Leonardo Garcia, are both suspended 2 games for irresponsible behavior.
