| Comments: | It is a violation of NorCal rules for a player registered with 1 club to play for another club at a tournament without the written permission of the DOC of the club at which the player is registered. As a result of having the player play at a tournament without permission and then recruiting that player to the team, the coach of the Valley Surf team, Miguel Alvarez, is suspended 4 games - 2 for having the player play at a tournament without current club DOC permission and 2 for subsequently having the player join the team outside the tryout window. The PAD Committee does not intervene in disputes over fees. |
