Incident Summary:
Match was terminated after Merced Albion spectators allegedly verbally abused and threatened the referee.
Comments:
The allegations concerning the alleged threats from the goalkeeper to the referee have been referred to USClub Soccer by the PAD Committee and that is now under the jurisdiction of USClub Soccer. After the review of the video provided, there is no clear and convincing evidence that the referee's account was incorrect. The coach of the Albion Merced team, Carlos Alvarez, is suspended 2 games for failing to control his team's spectators.
