Accusation that Elk Grove Soccer ran an out of the window tryout. Elk Grove Soccer claims the event was a clinic run through the Scottish FA using coaches from outside the club and not an event used for evaluation.

Comments:

Under NorCal rules, camps and clinics are permitted as are open training sessions used to identify players. If players are offered spots and/ or move clubs during the season after attending one of the events mentioned in the previous sentence, please file a recruiting claim identifying the players who have changed clubs.
