Incident Summary:Claim that Central Valley used John Muir Middle School and San Jose Rush expanded without permission to use fields at John Muir Middle School. San Jose Rush, because of when they were admitted to NorCal, does not have an affiliation agreement that lists the fields they are allowed to use.
Comments:Because there is not an affiliation agreement that spells out which fields San Jose Rush can use, the PAD Committee does not have jurisdiction to review this matter. Central Valley is permitted to bring this matter to the Board of NorCal Premier if it so chooses.
