Incident Summary:	Allegation that Aftershocks played 19 players in the match, that Aftershocks moved NPL players down to a Silver level team to win the game and that Aftershocks played a player not listed on the game card.
Comments:	The PAD Committee does not address whether Aftershocks played 19 players or moved NPL players down to the Silver level to win a game. Those are questions for the Competition Committee. Aftershocks has not responded to this allegation. As a result, the PAD Committee takes the allegations as true. For using an illegal player, Aftershocks is fined $500, the game is declared a 3-0 forfeit in favor of Girls Unite and the coach of the Aftershocks team, Illia Song, is suspended from all NorCal compeitions for all team until May 2, 2024. On appeal, the PAD's decision was overturned and the sanctions rescinded.
