Incident Summary:Allegation that Woodside Crush made a written offer to a 2011 player to play MLS Next in 2025-2026 after the player attended a Woodside Crush Talent ID Clinic.
Comments:The PAD Committee finds that Woodside Crush made a written offer to the player for the 2025-2026 MLS Next season. The PAD Committee refers this matter to the NorCal Board of Directors to determine (a) whether it is a violation of the NorCal rules against Recruiting to make an offer for the upcoming season based on attendance at an ID Clinic outside of the tryout window, and (b) to impose sanctions if the NorCal Board of Directors determines making an offer for a following season outside of the tryout window is a violation of NorCal rules against Recruiting.
