Incident Summary:

Juventus presented unlaminated player passes at the game. The SF Elite goalkeeper drop kicks balls when in possesion.

Comments:

Juventus is reminded that all player and staff passes be laminated. Goalkeepers at U9 are not allowed to punt or drop kick balls. This is clearly stated in the PDI document attached to the NorCal Handbook (on page 16 at the bottom of the game table set forth in Section 5.3).
