Comments:First, it is very important that violations be reported when they occur not 8 months later.
Without inquiring into whether recruiting violations have occurred, the PAD Committee finds that the 5 individuals listed in the complaint coached players at Richmond Sol after leaving San Pablo United. As a result, no player who played for a team managed, coached or trained by Jorge Figueroa, Oscar Figueroa, Bianca Paez, Andres Solis and/ or Ventura Flores Zamora at San Pablo United may play for a team that any of those individuals is involved with at Richmond Sol or any other club until February 12, 2026.
