Incident Summary:At a tournament, the Center Referee was verbally abused by an Atletico Santa Rosa spectator.
Comments:As this occurred at a tournament, the PAD Committee has no jurisdiction. Atletico Santa Rosa is reminded that this type of behavior by their spectators is unacceptable and had this occurred at an event where the PAD Committee had jurisdiction, the coach of the Atletico team would have been suspended for failing to control his team's spectators.
