Incident Summary:	Allegation that Modesto Ajax had a player guest play without written permission from the player's current club. The player then left her current club the day after the event.
Comments:	For a player to guest play in an event, a USClub Soccer guest player form must be signed by the current club's Director of Coaching - that did not occur here and is a violation of NorCal's Recruiting Rules. In addition, it appears, that the player was recruited as she left her team the day after the NorCal Showcase event. Gilbert Ybarra, the Modesto coach, is suspended 4 games for violating the NorCal recruiting rules.
